All our apartments are brokered without commission.

One person is the main tenant.This person is responsible for the monthly rent and the full security deposit. However, the contract lists all roommates, who are chosen by the main tenant.

We have vacant apartments for the upcoming semester!The apartments will be ready for occupancy from the beginning of the month - appointments will be arranged individually.

Internet access is included in the rent:Apart Surf 20: €3 per month (20Mbit/s download, 1 Mbit/s upload)An upgrade is available for an additional fee:Apart Speed 200: €10 per monthApart Speed 400: €20 per monthWe will apply for internet access for you when you sign the rental agreement.You will then receive a separate contract with the company PYURE under the desired conditions (speed), which can be cancelled monthly.
